Maker + Merchant is committed to making your shopping experience the most enjoyable it can be. If for some reason, you are not 100% happy with your choice please let us know. We will accept returns within 30 days from your purchase date with some exceptions. Please read the full return policy for additional information. 

If your order is received with any notable shortcomings, please contact customer service immediately. All discrepancies, shortages, broken merchandise, and any requests for returns must be made within 30 days from the delivery date of your order. Your refund will come in the original form of payment once your product is successfully returned within the 30 day window. A return shipping fee may apply to your order. 

Returned items must be in their original, undamaged packaging, and refunds will be issued only for the unused portion of the product returned. We do not accept returns on products that have been mixed or blended together with other ingredients. Refunds will only be issued for product that is returned in the original form that they were purchased in.

shipping policy

We anticipate your order will be processed and shipped from our facility within 2 business days. Major holidays may delay us a little.*

If you have selected a UPS Next Day shipping method, your order must be received by 10:30 am CST Monday through Friday in order to be shipped the same business day. If your order is placed before 2:00 pm CST Monday through Friday, and you have selected a UPS 2nd Day or 3 Day shipping method, your order will be shipped the next business day. Maker + Merchant cannot accommodate cancellations or changes to your order, including shipping address, after it has been processed. 

Our preferred carriers are UPS and USPS Priority Mail, and if your order exceeds 100 pounds we may opt for an LTL carrier.

You may select which shipping method you prefer upon checkout or with a customer service representative. If you wish to have an order shipped to a PO box, you must select USPS Priority Mail, as UPS does not deliver to PO boxes.

*Exclusions to this timeframe include orders placed on Friday through Sunday, large bulk orders, and orders placed prior to and during major US holidays.
